Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Use this tool to calculate the resulting concentration when reconstituting a lyophilised peptide vial with bacteriostatic water, and the draw volume needed for a given amount. This is a laboratory dilution calculator for research preparation only — it does not constitute dosing, medical, or clinical advice of any kind. See our Research Use Only Disclaimer.

How This Is Calculated
Reconstituting a lyophilised peptide vial with bacteriostatic water produces a solution at a fixed concentration: the total peptide mass (converted to micrograms) divided by the volume of water added. This calculator performs that division, then converts a target micrograms amount into the corresponding draw volume, and expresses that volume in units on a standard U-100 insulin syringe (where 100 units = 1 mL).
Correct reconstitution is one of the specification points researchers are advised to verify before working with any research peptide — see our guide on sourcing quality research compounds for the fuller list of what to check with any supplier.
